Armed Robbery

• Black Male wearing a gray sweatshirt

Circumstances

The Detroit Police Department and the University of Detroit Mercy, Department of Public Safety are investigating an armed robbery that occurred Monday, April 2, 2018, on Fairfield between Florence and Grove. The above suspect approached the victim who was sitting in the driver seat of his vehicle.  The suspect produced a gun through the victims open window and demanded the victims belongings.  The victim handed over his wallet.  After an unknown neighbor yelled at the suspect, the suspect fled northbound Fairfield on foot and from there unknown.
