Website privacy policy

For each visitor to the Detroit Mercy website and using electronic communication and correspondences, our webserver automatically records the visitor's IP address, the visitor's domain name, aggregate information on what pages the visitor accesses or visits, visitor-specific information on what pages the visitor accesses or visits, and any other information volunteered by the visitor, such as comments and/or suggestions submitted. No other information pertaining to the identity of the visitor is recognized or recorded.

Certain applications do use cookies. The information collected is for internal review and is used only to improve the content and performance of the website. It is not shared with other organizations for any purposes, commercial or otherwise.

Links to external content from Detroit Mercy sites are not covered by this policy.

The University of Detroit Mercy does not sell, rent or otherwise disclose this information to any other organizations.
