Biography
Jeffe Boats joined Detroit Mercy in 1998, after two years as an instructor at the University of Texas at El Paso. He is the director of the online and modular algebra sequence, and enjoys teaching a variety of courses, including the Calculus Sequence, Probability and Statistics, The History of Mathematics and, occasionally, a physics class and lab. Boats enjoys playing baseball, chess and poker and spending time with his three kids.
