Biography

Since joining the University in March 2024, Danielle Bluford is proud to represent the College of Health Professions and Science in fundraising, engaging alumni and being an active part of the community in all its outreach efforts. She is passionate about the city of Detroit and making the University and all areas of campus shine brighter and reach higher than ever before.

Danielle's experiences have always put people and programs first, and she is excited to bring her skillset and love of community to the UDM family. The diverse programming, student body and history of UDM is a continuous inspiration for her. When she is not busy rooting for the Titans, you can find her at her pottery studio making various mis-shapen bowls, weeding in her vegetable garden or fixing up her old 1930s Detroit house the best she can.
