January 29, 2021

Detroit Mercy’s online graduate nursing program has been ranked No. 115 in the nation according to a new ranking from U.S. News & World Report. It is one of only four programs in Michigan on the list.

Last year the magazine ranked Detroit Mercy at No. 130.

Detroit Mercy’s College of Health Professions & McAuley School of Nursing offers three 100% online graduate nursing specialties: Adult Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist (AGCNS), Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) and Health Systems Management (HSM).

"This ranking is testament to the years of hard work the McAuley School of Nursing has put in to keeping our programming relevant to ensure graduates are prepared as clinical experts and leaders poised to improve health outcomes through innovative changes,” said Janet Baiardi, interim dean and professor of the College of Health Professions & McAuley School of Nursing.
