Sharing Your Student Record

You can allow others to connect to your student record in our parent portal. Parent portal access is open to family, friends, employers, or anyone you would like to share with. All they have to do is...

1. Navigate to the "graduation cap" icon in the top right-hand corner of the Titan Family Hub
2. Click "Go to my connections"
3. Enter the student's UDM email address and your relationship to the student
4. Toggle the permissions to which you'd like to have access
5. The student will receive an email indicating your request to connect within the Titan Family Hub
6. Once your student accepts your connection request, you'll receive alerts for updates they have allowed which may include:
   1. financial aid requirements
   2. student financial statement
   3. holds on student's record
   4. final grade updates
   5. GPA changes
   6. and more!

Essentially, you select the information to request, the student decides what to share, and the Titan Family Hub handles the rest.

Stay up-to-date with your student's academic progress and financial details, and get notified any time their information changes!
