The Center has initial funding is the result of a 1.6 Million, Title III Part: A Strengthening Institutions Program (SIP) grant. The funding will help provide support for 5 years. The funds will support renovation of physical space, salaries, faculty mini-grants, external speaker fund, establishment of an endowment, and external evaluation for grant facilitation.

• Create and staff the CETL
• Increase retention rate (track traditionally underserved students)
