Biography

Bill manages the public services department, making sure that reference services and circulation services work as well as possible. He regularly meets with his team to discuss progress on projects and public services issue. He also provides reference services and teaches two sections of Introduction to Legal Research and Communication in both the Fall and Winter semesters. Bill has previously taught Bankruptcy Law and Advanced Legal Research. His prior law library experience includes work at the University of La Verne and the San Bernardino County Law Library. Bill used to practice immigration law and bankruptcy law.
