Biography
Kris began at University of Detroit Mercy School of Architecture & Community Development in the Fall of 2018. Prior to joining UDM, she taught at the University of Florida and Iowa State University. She is a licensed architect in the state of Nebraska and holds an NCARB certificate. She has practice for over a decade in large, international firms, as well as maintaining a critical practice with her partner for nearly a decade. She enjoys teaching in interactive, applied scenarios, and encourages students to find the design potential in technical drivers.
