McLean Lectures — 7 – 8 p.m.

Located in CHM 114. To discuss the topic, “Back to the Future and into the Chemistry-Verse.”

Saturday, Sept. 30

Golden Jubilee Reunion, Class of 1973 — 5:30 - 8 p.m.

Located in the Architecture Exhibition Space. Join fellow classmates from 1973 for a campus tour and informal dinner on the McNichols Campus. All class members will receive a Golden Jubilee lapel pin. Campus tours will begin at 4:30 p.m.

Tour de Titan — 10 a.m. - Noon

This friendly neighborhood bike ride begins and ends on the McNichols Campus. Join all level of cyclists as they pedal through the historic areas surrounding campus.

KBG Reunion Lunch — 12 - 2 p.m.

Located in the Architecture Exhibition Space.

HSA Reunion and Networking Event — 12:30 - 2 p.m.

Located in CHP 124. All alumni and students are invited to a meet-and-greet mixer followed by some brief remarks by Dr. Taylor discussing his aspirations for health care and the University.

Titan Retirement Series — 2:30 - 4:30 p.m.

Located in the Student Conference Room 208. Hear some tips on navigating the Social Security and Medicare systems from two of our alumni who are partners at Nemes Rush, a family Wealth Management company.

Men’s Soccer Game – 3 - 5 p.m.

Located at Titan field. No registration needed for this event.

Mass – 4 - 5 p.m.

Located at St. Ignatius Chapel. No registration needed for this event.

Alumni Kickball Game – 4 - 6 p.m.

Located at Buysse Ballpark. The entire Detroit Mercy community is invited to play in these non-competitive kickball games. Register to play by contacting Mike Wynn at the Fitness Center, wynnmi@udmercy.edu. Teams will be formed randomly from the individuals expressing interest.

Battle of the Bands – 4 - 6 p.m.

Located at Kassab Mall. Enjoy the sounds of three high school marching bands as they compete in this inaugural competition.

Mexican American Partnership Reunion – 4 - 6 p.m.

Located in the High Bay.

Taping of “Ask the Professor” – 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.

Comfortable Cup of Tea — 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.

In the Mercy tradition, join us for a Comfortable Cup of Tea and discussion of the future of healthcare education. We will also have guided tours of our new Simulation, Technology and Research (STAR) Center.

Fall Festival (General Admission) — 5 - 8 p.m.

Located in Fountain Square. Bingo, bubble soccer, inflatables, rock wall, food trucks, craft tent, scavenger hunt and petting zoo.

We also ask that you bring one non-perishable item of food or personal hygiene product for Detroit Mercy's student pantry.

Titan Toast from our friends of the Purple and Gold — 5 - 8 p.m.

Located in Fountain Square.

Entrepreneurship Association Networking Event – 5:30 – 7:30pm

Come join local entrepreneurs, alumni, and students at the Entrepreneurship Association’s 1st annual networking event! Guest Speaker, Christopher Kouza will be discussing the challenges he has faced as an entrepreneur and share his secret to lasting success.

Christopher graduated from The University of Detroit Mercy’s Law School in 2002 and is the currently the owner of Kouza Capital and KouCar Management.”

Readers Theater Performance — 6 - 7 p.m.

Participate as an actor or enjoy the evening performance of these short comedic scenes and plays. Located at the Student Union Terrace.

Bonfire — 8 - 9:30 p.m.

Located in the Fountain Area. Celebrate all Titan athletic teams while enjoying music and refreshments and the warm glow of a bonfire. Donuts, cider and s’mores will be available.

Stroll Off— 9:30 - 10:30 p.m.

Located in the Student Union Amphitheater. No registration needed for this event.
