Great Things At Detroit Mercy

  • Detroit Mercy’s Pre-Law Program provides a variety of opportunities to prepare you for what law school will be like, such as moot court simulations that enable students to play roles from judge to jury, a law-luncheon case review, and the opportunity to experience an actual law class simulation from instructors at Detroit Mercy Law.
  • Students also receive guidance on admission to law school with an annual Law Day experience that brings representatives from more than 25 laws schools onto campus and LSAT test prep practice sessions.
  • Advisors from Detroit Mercy’s Pre-Law committee help students select courses that strengthen their skills and interests.
  • Our small class sizes provide individualized attention and plenty of opportunity to get help with your studies.
  • In the tradition of our Jesuit and Mercy sponsors, Detroit Mercy offers a well-rounded education. Our graduates can be found in the class room, on the bench and in the courtroom advocating for social justice and serving as champions for the legal system.
